  6. I’m loving these …
    I’m loving these work outs. I of course go through the routine 3 times and usually pick 2 videos so I’m targeting all of my upper body one day and my lower body the next. I get that great sore feeling the next day. I have bad knees and ankles so doing these strength excersizes with Tammy has felt very encouraging.
    Only crit….relax a smidge more on camera Tammy lol. You look like you’re trying hard to “seem” comfortable. :-)

    I commented on another one of Tammy’s videos… Just wanted to add that it would be great if she would talk about breating techniques. Many people don’t know when to inhale/exhale when lifting weights. Also there should be a disclaimer stating that these are only for healthy individuals and that you should consult a healthcare professional before taking part in any of these, especially if you suffer from one or more injuries. Just an idea.

    Front raises are an exercise for Shoulders and you use alittle of your back too , but it will not have anything to do with your Chest , so you’ll be okay

    To the person saying ‘do the pull down instead of military press, because military press hurts you’, military press works your shoulders, pull downs work your lats. It doesn’t hurt you, you are misinformed. Two totally different muscle groups goofy.
