    especially because unlike a lot of other exercise videos on youtube you actually do the work out with us instead of just telling us how to do it! It helps me go slower and focus on doing it right instead of speeding to catch up! (i dont feel like pausing it every 30 seconds either!) thanks again!!!

    Tammy,
    you’re missing key information in some of your clips. The DB row is not “like starting a lawn mower” you have to retract the clavicle in order to hit the lats properly your movement is all biceps and maybe posterior deltoid.
