    I’m uming you’re a girl, so I know this exercise I read in a book to make your chest muscles bigger, which can help your breast’s perkiness, firmness and size as well. Except it wont be a significat change in size, but you’ll notice it when putting on bras! :) . You just squeeze a soft yet firm ball in ur palms in a sort of prayer position. You’ll feel the workout :) . Worked wonders for me hehe.

    I think people with problems in their lower back should place one foot on a chair or stool while standing and doing these exercises with the dumbells so they can be sure that they don’t arch their back. :-)

    Thanks for the video. I’ve always been told to “not” swing my arms up when doiing bicep curls. Is this ok to swing up like you are doing Tammy? I’ve been told to keep arms down to my side and ONLY move the forearms Thx very much!
