    I really like both your videos on butt exercises! You explain things well and the exercises are short. I usually experience a burning in my thighs. Am I doing these right? Shouldn’t I feel the burn in the buttocks? I don’t usually exercise so I am not sure. Also, what are the best stretches to do before these work outs?

    You do them every other day. There are other workouts that target different parts of the body that you can do on other days. Just search for “training tammy”.

    No, it probably won’t make you butt bigger. Big butts are usually from fat and not muscle.

    Most people start to see results in one to two weeks.

    Just want to say that you’re awesome! I started doing the butt and leg workouts about a week ago and I’m already seeing results! It almost killed me the first time, though. I was so out of shape! But it was so worth it and I do them all once a day now. You train just like my old aerobics teacher did in highschool, she did wonders as well! It’s so nice to be able to do this again! Again THANK YOU TAMMY!!
