I've heard many cases where the cause of injury were from excercise machines. I want to now wich program has the safest equipment to preventt injuries.(IE: curves, bally total fitness)
yoga, pilates, any exercise that allows you to use your own body weight as the exercise equipment. less stress for your joints.
