    i would recommend Aylio resistance bands. aylio offers a great resistance training set. other bands i’ve tried often snap or feel somewhat awkward during certain movements

    I agree. I tried one of these resistance bands and the band came off of the handle and hit me right in the face. I do have a resistance band that is just the band and it works much better. It’s good because you can increase the resistance by wrapping it around your hands more. I like to use it while I’m at work. But, generally, I use barbells and dumbbelss.
