Each weekly workout can be 2x/week on non-consecutive days. Ideally, you can start to cut back on long cardio workouts and get more into interval based work that will get you into better shape faster than traditional, steady state cardio. Keep up the great work!

Did he gain a little weight or something?
You should continue the updates regardless if he has been loosing or even started gaining a little.
It helps others relate, as many people have started out loosing weight and reached a point where the pounds weren’t coming off as easy, or they have gained again.
Showing his progress regardless keeps it real for everyone.

I do see you said 2x per week actually in the info sorry! But this is instead of also training other muscles? Should the set be repeated 3 times per day you do it or how many times? Cardio too? Sorry for all the questions.
