my HR at rest is 64. when i do cardio at high intensity it goes up to 176+. I never get out of breath at that heart rate but i get scared just looking at the number. do u think i am exceeding a healthy limit? ( I excercise for fitness and also to lose 12 lb though i am ok at 23.3 BMI. also if it helps to answer better… I am 28, female)

wow, 176! i'm not sure if its HEALTHY but i'm sure that u must use a specific heart rate calculator (u buy it) and use it..
there is no specific heart rate that is healthy .. but 176+ ?? seems dangerous , unlless ur athletic and muscely it may be ok.. dont forget to check up with ur doc
