Fitness question; butt excercise- what do you recommend?

I am trying to reduce fat in my butt, and have it more toned.

What excercises do you recommend?

Anything that engages your theighs will also work out your butt. Try running or doing lunges (lunges are where you start out standing, take a very long stride, plant both feet, facing the same direction, firmly {both heels and balls of feet on the ground} and lower yourself, bending the knee of your forward leg, keeping the back leg straight/bending knee only a tiny bit, and lower yourself as far as you can go. do about 20 of these, alternating legs and you'll start feeling it quickly. also i find that the littlest things help…if youre sitting alone or laying on your stomach, just clench the muscles, hold for like 5 seconds and slowly release. same works for stomach muscles if you can contract them in a similar way as to what you'd be doing in a sit up. these little things are easy to do if youre bored in class or at work because they arent very noticiable.

but if you want somethingwith a bit more commitement involved: pick up a belly dancing tape. they focus on hips!

Injury causing problem in fitness routine, any suggestion?

I have cut my right wrist in a bad accident. I am feeling a bit weaker than before cas I lost a lot of blood and cas of my wrist i can't do my normal wt. lifting excercises. It's been 4 weeks now since i have done any wt. excercise. i don't know how to satisfy my body urge?

try some isometric resisted exercises at home using some resistance band (theraband etc)

gradually build up the resistance.
